What if my items are lost or damaged during the international delivery?

We ship all items with postal insurance and any problems should be addressed to Japan Post. Japanza is in no way responsible for damaged , missing or lost items but we will gladly provide you with the necessary information to begin your insurance claim.

You can file a claim at your local post office and request a “Damage report” for your item. Then send us a scanned copy of this report with detailed images of the damaged items as soon as possible. We can then begin the process of submitting a request to Japan Post for compensation for damages. Please note that this process may take a few months.
